Challenge

As our organization continued to scale, we faced a growing gap in how we captured, visualized, and communicated performance data across the 70+ brands we oversee. Each business unit relied on a mix of disconnected analytics tools, ad platforms, and local reporting methods—resulting in inconsistent insights, limited visibility, and time-consuming manual data pulls. Leadership needed a centralized, accurate, and easy-to-understand way to monitor marketing performance, website activity, and reputation metrics across the entire SALT Dental Partners network. The challenge was to build a unified reporting system that could integrate with all major platforms, present data in a polished, branded format, and support better strategic decisions at both the local and organizational level.

Approach

To solve this, I identified AgencyAnalytics as the platform best suited to unify our tracking and reporting needs. I led the creation of a fully white-labeled analytics portal customized to the SALT Dental Partners brand, ensuring a polished, professional experience for internal teams and stakeholders. I then managed the full onboarding process for more than 70 individual brands—configuring dashboards and integrating essential platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush, BirdEye, and other marketing and operational tools. My role included mapping data sources, setting consistent KPIs, ensuring accurate tracking, and standardizing reporting templates so each brand could quickly interpret performance and take action. The result was a scalable, centralized reporting ecosystem that improved transparency, strengthened decision-making, and gave leadership a real-time view into network-wide marketing and digital performance.
